Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, mind and meditation. This style of yoga is perfect for beginners because it gives you a sense of how you are meant to be working your body within each pose.
Perfect if you are looking for a more vigorous, fitness based yoga style that combines the methods of Vinyasa and Power Yoga. During Ashtanga yoga you will go through intense postures that focus on opening up your shoulders, hips and spine, creating strength and revitalising body and mind.
This practice will help you to enter a deep relaxation both in body and mind by taking you on a series of slow and supported poses. The aim is to calm the nervous system , lower your heart rate and decrease stress levels. You may be asked to use props, such as blocks, bolsters or blankets.

Vinyasa yoga involves a dynamic sequence of poses that involves flow, breath and meditation. This yoga form is a fantastic way to balance body and mind using the breath to allow you to focus on the present moment, bringing a feeling of inner calm and harmony.
