Is it right for me?

If you’re returning from injury or surgery, strength and conditioning work is the natural progression from rehabilitation. That way, you’re ensuring that you not only recover from the effects of the injury and resolve the underlying cause, but you progress past the position where you were injured and continue the upward trajectory to reduce the risk of future recurrence.

Pregnancy Yoga

Calming for mother and baby

Pregnancy is a great personal journey for any woman and is a time of mental and physical change. It can also be a challenging time, as adjustments are necessary as the body starts to change shape. For this reason, many women are now turning to pregnancy yoga. A pregnancy yoga practice can help address some of these mental and physical changes in a positive way. Women who practise yoga during pregnancy are able to be really present in their bodies and connect with their unborn child. In addition to this, yoga has a calming effect on the mother. This calm is also transmitted to the baby.

Our network of Occupational therapists help with barriers that affect a person's emotional, social, and physical needs. To do this, they use everyday activities, exercises, and other therapies.
