Humanistic Therapy

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy (OT) is a branch of health care that helps people of all ages who have physical, sensory, or cognitive problems. OT can help them regain independence in all areas of their lives.

Our network of Occupational therapists help with barriers that affect a person's emotional, social, and physical needs. To do this, they use everyday activities, exercises, and other therapies.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about unconscious changes to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour.  The process aims to alter our state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind while simultaneously stimulating and focusing the unconscious part.

Hypnotherapy is widely endorsed as a treatment for habit breaking, stress related issues and a range of long term conditions.

Meditation Therapy

Meditation therapy is a method of relaxation and consciousness expansion by focusing on a mantra or a keyword, sound, or image while eliminating outside stimuli from one's awareness.

Each type of meditation has a few things in common: choosing a quiet spot, finding a comfortable posture, and focus your attention while remaining open.
